The Pigeonnier: Your Cozy Nest in Occitania
Perfect for a couple and possibly one or two children*, this small independent gîte offers you a warm and functional space, designed for your comfort.

On the Ground Floor

• Bedroom (10 m²) : Double bed (140x200), electric radiator, double wardrobe (200x220), bedside tables and lamps. Duvet, pillows and bedding protectors provided.
• Living room (12 m²) : Bench, table, television (80 cm flat screen, satellite, free Wi-Fi), electric radiator, storage shelves.
• Kitchenette (4 m²) : Double sink, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils, household products.
• Shower room : Walk-in shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rail. Hairdryer available on request.

Upstairs (Former Dovecote 6 m²)
Two single beds (90x190) with duvets, pillows and bedding protectors provided, accessible by a ladder. For safety reasons, access is recommended from the age of 6. For comfort, it is recommended not to exceed 17 years or 1m80.

Eco-responsible Note
To limit our carbon footprint as much as possible, the Pigeonnier is not air-conditioned, but has fans.

Outdoor Spaces
Enjoy one hectare of wooded park as well as a private terrace (15 m²) with barbecue.

Additional Services
Towels available on request. The "French" breakfast (coffee/tea/chocolate, homemade jams, butter, bread, fruit juice and a treat of the day) is included and served in the garden in fine weather.

Pets
We do not accept animals, in order to preserve hygiene, safety, tranquility of the premises and the surrounding wildlife, as well as to guarantee the comfort of other travelers.

Relaxation Lounge (On Request)
Occasional access to our private lounge (with pool table and pinball machine) may be granted between 5pm and 8pm, subject to availability and without disturbing other residents. Access is restricted to adults or accompanied minors, and the pool table is reserved for those over 18.

Shared Pool
Accessible depending on the weather (May to September), it is reserved for residents. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Open from 11am (depending on morning requirements), closes at 7:30pm to preserve peace and quiet. The pool is neither heated in winter nor cooled in summer, in an eco-responsible approach.

Arrival and Departure Times
Check-in from 4 p.m., check-out before 11 a.m. As La Forestière is not a hotel, these times guarantee optimal organization.

La Forestière, Bed and Breakfast and Professional Training Center
La Forestière is located near the SNCF train stations of Montauban and Toulouse, and Blagnac airport. It is an ideal starting point for exploring Tarn, Tarn-et-Garonne, Haute-Garonne, Toulouse and Gaillac (31, 81, 82).
In addition to accommodation, we offer a residential micro Training Center (maximum 6 trainees). You will find a setting conducive to informal exchanges, reflection and productive work, for training courses such as "Business project crash test", "Create, take over a guest house, a gîte", "Dare to leave everything to change your life", or "Prepare and live your retirement well".

*According to current legislation (Decree No. 95.949 of 25/08/1995). This mention specifies the limits of the reception of children upstairs.
